YOUR EXTERNAL MARKETING DEPARTMENT STRUCTURED BY MONTHLY HOURS
Get reliable monthly marketing capacity for strategy, execution, optimization, content, SEO, advertising, website tasks, social media support, brand building, and ongoing implementation without starting a new proposal process for every task.
Instead of coordinating separate freelancers, waiting for individual quotes, or overloading your internal team, you secure structured marketing hours that can be used where your business needs them most.
Marketing work rarely fits neatly into one fixed proposal.
Many businesses need ongoing marketing support, but the exact tasks change from week to week. New campaigns, website updates, SEO issues, content needs, landing pages, ad adjustments, tracking questions, social media needs, brand building tasks, and strategy decisions often appear while the work is already moving.
Too many proposals
Every small task creates friction when it needs a separate scope, approval, and quote.
Slow execution
Marketing momentum suffers when implementation waits for administrative approval loops.
Internal overload
Many companies need marketing execution, but not always a full internal marketing hire.
Unclear needs
Not every marketing need can be fully defined before work begins.
Book capacity once. Use it flexibly throughout the month.
Managed Marketing Capacity gives your business access to a defined monthly hour based marketing resource. Instead of requesting a new proposal for every task, you use your available capacity for the work that matters most.
Your monthly hours can be used across eligible strategy, execution, optimization, content, website, SEO, advertising, social media, brand building, and campaign related tasks. When the capacity is used, additional hours can be added by invoice.
What you are buying
You are not buying unlimited marketing work. You are securing structured professional capacity that can be used flexibly within a monthly hour based model.
- Defined monthly service hours
- Flexible task usage
- Clear time based tracking
- Additional capacity when needed
- External costs billed separately
Less marketing friction. More operational control.
The real value is not only the work itself. The value is having a reliable external marketing resource that helps reduce coordination pressure, proposal delays, scattered execution, and internal uncertainty.
More clarity
You can prioritize what matters now instead of trying to define every possible marketing need in advance.
More speed
Recurring capacity reduces the need for constant quoting before practical work can move forward.
More focus
Tasks are handled against available capacity so effort can be directed toward the most relevant priorities.
Less overload
Your internal team does not have to manage every marketing detail alone or coordinate too many separate providers.
An internal marketing hire can be valuable, but it also creates fixed overhead.
Hiring internally can involve recruiting time, salary, payroll costs, onboarding, software, management, training, vacation coverage, and limited specialization. Managed Marketing Capacity gives you flexible access to marketing execution without building a full internal department first.
Internal hire
Useful for long-term internal ownership, but often slower to recruit, train, manage, and scale across multiple marketing disciplines.
Freelancers
Can be useful for specific tasks, but often require more coordination, briefing, quality control, and provider management.
Traditional agency projects
Can work well for fixed scopes, but often become slow when every new task requires a separate proposal or approval process.
Managed Marketing Capacity
Gives you structured monthly marketing hours that can be used flexibly across changing priorities and recurring execution needs.
Use your monthly capacity where your marketing needs support.
Your available hours can be used across many marketing related tasks, depending on business priorities, required input, available access, and operational feasibility.

A simpler way to get ongoing marketing work done.
The model is designed to reduce proposal friction while keeping work controlled through clear monthly capacity.
Choose your monthly capacity
Select the monthly hour package that fits your expected workload.
Submit tasks as needed
Send structured requests for the marketing work that matters most.
We prioritize and execute
Tasks are handled against your available hours based on priority, feasibility, and capacity.
Hours are tracked
Work is deducted from your monthly capacity based on time spent.
Add more capacity if needed
If workload increases, additional hours can be added by invoice.
Transparent execution instead of unclear agency retainers.
Managed Marketing Capacity is designed to give you flexibility without turning your monthly budget into a black box. Work is documented, time is tracked, and capacity is allocated based on actual working time reasonably spent on requested services.
Documented activity
Requested work, active tasks, completed activities, and relevant coordination can be documented so you can better understand how your monthly capacity is being used.
Capacity visibility
Clients may request activity summaries and capacity overviews at reasonable intervals to see how service hours are allocated across priorities and ongoing work.
Professional efficiency
The goal is not to artificially consume hours, but to provide reliable, responsive, and commercially useful marketing support with transparent execution and clear operational structure.
Choose the monthly capacity that matches your workload.
All packages are based on a net hourly rate of $99 per hour plus applicable taxes. External costs are not included.
For regular but limited support
Best for companies that need ongoing marketing help without heavy monthly execution volume.
Secure Starter CapacityFor active marketing execution
Best for businesses with recurring website, SEO, content, campaign, and optimization needs.
Secure Growth CapacityFor deeper monthly support
Best for companies that want a stronger external execution resource across multiple marketing areas.
Secure Scale CapacityLonger commitment. Lower net order value.
Minimum contract term is 3 months. Discounts apply only to the net service order value and do not apply to external costs, ad spend, tools, software, third party providers, taxes, or pass through expenses.
Marketing capacity can be more efficient than building everything internally first.
A full internal marketing structure can require salary, payroll costs, software, management time, recruiting effort, onboarding, specialization gaps, and ongoing coordination. Managed Marketing Capacity gives your business access to flexible execution hours without carrying the full internal overhead from day one.
Lower coordination burden
Instead of briefing many separate providers, you work with one external marketing resource across multiple recurring needs.
Flexible workload coverage
Capacity can be used where the workload is currently strongest instead of being locked into one narrow service package.
Clear capacity control
Because the model is hour based, you keep a clearer boundary between available work, extra work, and external costs.
Busy month? Add more capacity without stopping execution.
If your monthly hours are used faster because workload increases, additional capacity can be added by invoice so important marketing work does not have to stop in the middle of execution.
Additional hours are invoiced separately. External costs such as ad spend, tools, software, hosting, stock assets, or third party providers are not included.
Built to reduce friction without removing control.
The model gives your business flexible access to marketing execution while keeping the relationship structured through defined hours, clear billing, and transparent capacity limits.
- Monthly capacity is defined in hours
- Additional hours are invoiced separately
- Tasks are prioritized against available capacity
- No unlimited work or hidden external costs
Designed to keep the work flexible, but not vague.
Flexible capacity only works when expectations are clear. That is why the service is structured around defined monthly hours, task prioritization, time tracking, invoice based billing, and clear separation between included work and external costs.
Defined capacity
Your monthly package is based on a fixed number of service hours.
Task prioritization
Work is handled based on available hours, urgency, feasibility, and business relevance.
Clear exclusions
Advertising spend, tools, software, hosting, domains, and third party providers are not included.
No unrealistic promises
The service provides professional marketing capacity, not guaranteed rankings, leads, revenue, or outcomes.

Mr. Bjoern Knobloch, Managing Director of Smokybrands Marketing Agency LLC, USA
Built for businesses that need momentum, not more proposal loops.
“Many businesses do not need another isolated marketing offer. They need reliable execution capacity they can use flexibly as priorities change. That is why this model is built around monthly capacity, clear time tracking, and practical implementation.”
Managed Marketing Capacity is designed for companies that need a serious external marketing partner without turning every task into a separate sales process.
What companies usually ask before securing monthly capacity
Is this unlimited marketing?
No. This is a defined monthly hour based capacity model. Work is performed against the available monthly service hours.
What counts as billable time?
Strategy, implementation, communication, calls, emails, meetings, revisions, research, internal coordination, project management, task clarification, quality control, and related work can count toward the monthly allocation.
What happens when my hours are used?
Additional capacity can be added by separate invoice under the applicable terms. If no additional capacity is added, further work may pause until the next billing cycle.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, unused hours expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
Are ad budgets and tools included?
No. External costs including, but not limited to, advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, domains, plugins, licensed media assets, stock photography, stock video, AI tools, API usage fees, and third party services are billed separately or paid directly by the client.
Can we submit any marketing task?
You can submit eligible marketing related tasks. The task must be feasible, sufficiently briefed, lawful, commercially reasonable, and within the Company’s capabilities and operational capacity.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Marketing results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, offer quality, budget, competition, platform behavior, client cooperation, and execution context.
Why not just request separate offers for every task?
Separate offers can be useful for fixed projects, but they often slow down recurring marketing work. This model is designed for businesses that need ongoing execution without restarting the quoting process for every small task.
Does this replace an internal marketing department?
It can support many functions of an internal marketing department, but it is not an employment or staffing arrangement. It provides external marketing capacity based on defined monthly service hours.
