We work with 3-step acceptance. You pay a partial amount of 30% when placing the order. A further 30% upon presentation of the finished design. You pay the remaining amount on final acceptance. This is fair and convenient for both sides. However, other arrangements can be agreed in individual cases. Please simply contact us.

You will receive a proper invoice from our corporation in Germany. Please transfer the invoice amount to one of our bank accounts in the USA or Germany. Our invoices naturally comply with international accounting standards.

You receive the exclusive, geographically and time unlimited rights to your website. Your website therefore belongs to you. Other competitors work according to the license model. This means that you have to conclude a term contract and if you terminate this, you also lose your website. We don’t do it that way!

Basically yes, that is a matter of course for us. We like to meet with our customers to discuss projects over a cup of good tea or coffee when we or you are nearby. However, video meetings and phone calls are always possible.

We can provide you with care and maintenance contracts tailored to your individual needs. Fixed monthly amounts mean you can plan your expenditure. As a regular customer, you naturally receive these services from us at a preferential price. We are also incredibly customer-friendly when it comes to contract terms. Contracts from 6 months are possible. For a 12-month term, we offer a 10 % discount on the monthly installments and for a 24-month term, we offer a 15% discount on the monthly installments. The flat rate is payable monthly or quarterly in advance. Included services: Content changes on the website, backups, technical updates and security adjustments.

We host your new website on servers in state-of-the-art data centers such as:

For American customers, we normally always host the website in the USA. However, if you wish, we can also host your website in Germany, i.e. the European Union, that’s no problem. Incidentally, the hosting contract is always in the name and for the account of the customer. This means that you are always independent of us.

We offer search engine optimization for your website. Your website will be optimized by our specialists OnPage and OffPage to achieve more organic reach on the Internet. This way you will be found by more potential future customers. In doing so, we reduce wastage through target group-specific strategies. Search engine optimization is one of our core disciplines. Search engine optimization (SEO) requires regular work to be carried out every month. We offer special SEO tariffs with a term of 6-24 months. You will receive monthly reports on the development of your website. Through our work, we build up sustainable substantial values for you on the Internet. This means that you become less dependent on paid advertising. A big advantage for you!
